*Emergency service is available to diagnose and address urgent issues; however, we cannot guarantee same-day repairs in all situations. Availability of parts may be limited outside of normal business hours due to supply houses being closed. If required materials are not immediately available, we will take the necessary steps to stabilize the system and schedule a return visit to complete the repair as soon as possible.

Every home is different, so final pricing may vary depending on system size, equipment, layout, and any additional work needed. Once we review your project, we’ll provide clear, upfront pricing so you know exactly what to expect.
***Electrical work is not included in mini split installation and A/C add-on pricing. A dedicated circuit and disconnect must be installed by a licensed electrician. Pricing for this work can vary depending on the electrician and the specifics of the home. We’re happy to coordinate timing, but electrical work is typically handled separately.

2-Year Workmanship Warranty – Covers our installation and labor. We stand behind our work with a 2-year workmanship warranty on all installations, while many companies only offer a 1-year labor warranty. We believe in doing the job right and standing behind it long after the install is complete.
