Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your system, improve efficiency, reduce breakdowns, and keep your home comfortable year-round. At Hutchens Heating & Air, we focus on honest service and thorough inspections without the high-pressure upsells common with larger companies. We do not use maintenance appointments as a way to pressure homeowners into replacing equipment or purchasing repairs they don’t actually need. If we find an issue, we’ll explain it clearly and let you decide how you’d like to move forward.
AC Tune Up- $50
Keep your air conditioner running efficiently with our comprehensive AC Tune-Up. This service includes a full inspection of your cooling system to check for proper operation, performance, and potential issues. We also provide a light cleaning of the outdoor condenser unit to help improve airflow and system efficiency. Regular maintenance can help extend the life of your equipment, improve comfort, and reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns. Deep cleaning services are available at an additional cost.
Furnace Tune Up- $50
Prepare your heating system for the season with our Furnace Tune-Up. This service includes a thorough inspection and safety check of your furnace to ensure it is operating properly and safely. We will also replace your furnace filter when using a standard 1-inch filter (filter included). This tune-up focuses on system performance and safety and does not include furnace cleaning services. Deep cleaning services are available at an additional cost.
